CURRENT PARTICIPANTS

This page is just for you and your family and friends as a PREVENTABLE participant. Here you’ll find the phone numbers you may see when we call, a video to share with your two trusted contacts, our most recent participant newsletter, and more information about ancillary studies you may wish to join.

Be sure to answer when we call!

All PREVENTABLE participants will receive a telephone call from a call center interviewer within 21 days of your clinic visit to follow up on how you are doing. The telephone call will take approximately 20-40 minutes and will provide researchers with information related to memory, thinking, and physical function.

Call center interviewers may also call your trusted contact for some additional information about your overall health! When the PREVENTABLE call center calls, the caller ID will display 336-716-9997 or 336-721-7722. Depending on your phone carrier, it may say "Winston-Salem, NC" or "Wake Forest". Please answer the call or return the call using the phone number provided in the voice message, 833-517-0995.

Trusted Contacts

As part of your participation, you provided the names of family members or friends that you have frequent contact with (either in person or by phone) and are knowledgeable about your daily activities. We call these people your "trusted contacts."
